Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant major is preferred.
• Must possess strong organization skills.
• Must be dependable and have self-discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software; Entrata experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Explain Housing Contract and addendums to residents, guarantors and prospects.
• Close sales by generating leads, completing guest cards, scheduling tours, and following up.
• Assist in marketing the community via social media and on-/off-campus events.
• Manage email and text campaigns using property management software.
• Maintain a positive community environment and resolve resident concerns with management escalation when needed.
• Perform daily opening/closing checklists and conduct model & tour route inspections.
• Log maintenance requests and keep detailed activity logs.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and corporate procedures.
• Participate in move-in/move-out activities and unit readiness tasks.
