Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador in Tampa to guide prospective residents through leasing, assist in marketing efforts, and support in delivering exceptional resident experiences.

This part-time role requires 15-20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. You will help maximize occupancy, coordinate tours, and participate in community events while maintaining organized records and upholding housing policies.

Qualifications

• Strong organization skills and reliability are essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Entrata is a plus.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree is preferred for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and answer questions.
• Promote the community through social media and on/off-campus events.
• Handle lead generation, tours, guest cards, and follow-up per guidelines.
• Maintain timely responses to inquiries and keep activity logs.
• Assist with email/text campaigns and use property management software.
• Support in enforcing community policies and communicating with residents.
