Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred (1+ year).
• Ability to own problems and find solutions.
• Positive, adaptable, and able to handle fast-changing situations.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with center services and administrative needs to keep operations smooth.
• Handle inquiries about Wi‑Fi, packages, directions, and room setup.
• Ensure accurate service charges and invoicing for customers.
• Organize and support networking events and send invitations.
• Close the day by tidying the center and prepping for the next shift.
