IWG's Community Associate role in Indianapolis centers on delivering exceptional member experiences. You will work closely with customers, manage front-desk tasks, coordinate services, and support events to keep the center running smoothly.

Daily duties include assisting with WiFi, mail, invoicing, and space arrangements while maintaining a welcoming environment. You’ll thrive on multi-tasking and strong communication in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and requirements in the center.
• Help clients with WiFi codes, packages, directions, and room setup as needed.
• Coordinate services and ensure invoices are accurate.
• Support events and networking activities within the center.
• Maintain a tidy center and log service tickets in the portal.
