IWG is recruiting a Part Time Community Associate in Athens, GA. You will work on-site (not remote), supporting customers, coordinating center services, and helping with day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth experience for members.

You will manage a variety of tasks, from assisting customers with basic IT needs to organizing events and maintaining center efficiency. This role offers balanced hours and opportunities to grow within the IWG network.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Able to take ownership of problems and resolve issues.
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to changing situations.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers across a variety of tasks to support their business needs.
• Help customers with Wi‑Fi codes, package tracking, directions, and setup of projectors.
• Process service charges and ensure invoices are accurate.
• Handle mail and supplier requests, open tickets in the service portal, and manage meeting room tech.
• Plan and promote networking events, create invites, posters, and engage prospects.
• Wrap up the day by tidying the center and guiding groups to nearby amenities.
