Job summary

IWG is seeking a Part-Time Community Associate to manage a busy onsite center in Scottsdale, AZ. You’ll greet customers, handle inquiries, set up rooms and event materials, and coordinate with the City Manager to run networking activities.

This role is 25 hours per week, 8:30am–2:00pm, Monday to Friday, with no evenings or weekend shifts. You’ll work closely with customers across industries and contribute to a welcoming, well-run center.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Willingness to own problems and solve them
• Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work and 18+ years old

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries about Wi‑Fi, packages, directions, and room setups
• Ensure services are charged accurately and invoices reflect usage
• Organize networking events and create/print posters for the center
• Open tickets in the service portal for center issues and follow up
• Wrap up the day by tidying the center and preparing for the next shift
