Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering service excellence.
• Proactive, positive, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-center, addressing inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate center operations to ensure smooth daily activities.
• Assist with events, networking, and promotional activities within the center.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and billing for services used by customers.
