Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate in Indianapolis to support daily operations of our coworking center and its members. You will greet customers, help with bookings, and ensure services are charged correctly.

You’ll handle tasks across reception, IT setup, and event logistics, building relationships with members while maintaining a clean, welcoming workspace. No nights/weekends; competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to take ownership and solve problems.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the center with inquiries and requests.
• Help with room setup, Wi‑Fi access, directions, and delivering great service.
• Process tickets and ensure services are accurately charged and billed.
