Job summary

IWG is seeking a Part Time Community Associate to work on-site at our Lafayette center. In this role, you’ll welcome members, handle inquiries, manage packages, and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering great customer service.

You’ll organize events, assist with IT setup, coordinate with the City Manager, and help maintain a friendly, productive workspace. The position offers 25 hours per week, a $17.25 hourly rate, paid time off, holidays, 401K options, and career development

Qualifications

• Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience
• Must be a good communicator and able to build relationships
• Positive, enthusiastic and adaptable to fast-changing situations
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with inquiries and requests
• Manage mail, packages, and center operations
• Set up equipment and coordinate with center staff
• Organize networking events and support city manager in center activities
