IWG in St. Louis is seeking a Part Time Community Associate to help manage the center, assist customers, and support daily operations. This on-site role is 25 hours per week and requires a friendly, reliable team member.

You’ll greet guests, answer questions, book rooms, print and email invoices, troubleshoot WiFi, and coordinate with the City Manager for events, while ensuring a tidy, welcoming workspace.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries throughout the day.
• Set up meeting spaces, assist with equipment, and manage Wi‑Fi changes.
• Process invoices and ensure accurate charging for services.
• Coordinate events with the City Manager and maintain a tidy center.
