IWG is seeking a Community Associate to support customers in a busy office center. You’ll handle inquiries, assist with packages, and help guests find rooms and resources while ensuring accurate charges and smooth service delivery.

You’ll own daily tasks from onboarding new clients to coordinating meetings, with a focus on friendly, proactive service and teamwork in a lively, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience delivering friendly customer service.

• Able to adapt to fast-changing tasks and environments.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person with inquiries, packages, and directions.
