Job summary

IWG is seeking a diligent Community Associate for our Baton Rouge center. You’ll welcome customers, handle inquiries, set up rooms and equipment, and ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining accurate invoicing and service tickets.

You’ll coordinate events, assist with printing, access control, and Wi-Fi changes, and collaborate with the City Manager to grow the local IWG community. A friendly, proactive communicator with 1+ year of customer service fits best.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and manage daily inquiries
• Set up meeting rooms and projectors for client needs
• Assist with printing, invoicing, and service tickets
• Coordinate events and outreach to grow the local community
