Job summary

IWG plc in Shelton, CT is seeking a Part Time Community Associate (20 hours per week) on-site. You will work closely with customers, manage center operations, answer questions, help with setup, and ensure services are charged correctly so invoices are accurate.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to multitask and solve problems
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the country and 18+ years old

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, Wi‑Fi codes, packages and directions
• Ensure services are charged correctly and invoices are accurate
• Set up projectors and help customers in meeting rooms
• Open service tickets for center issues and equipment problems
• Organize events and outreach in the center
• Coordinate with the City Manager for networking events and center activities
