IWG plc is seeking a Community Associate in San Diego to support customers and maintain a thriving center community. You will handle daily inquiries, setup requests, and billing tasks to keep operations smooth.

In this role, you’ll coordinate events, assist customers, and ensure services are delivered with a high level of care, contributing to a positive guest experience and strong center performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage daily inquiries in the center.
• Address requests for services like Wi‑Fi codes, directions, and room setup.
• Process invoices and ensure accurate billing for services used.
• Coordinate in-center events and network invitations for customers.
• Open service tickets for in-center issues and follow up as needed.
