Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate to manage a self-contained center, assist customers, and coordinate services and events in a busy workspace. You will handle inquiries, set up equipment, and ensure invoices are accurate while supporting daily operations and guest experience.

In this on-site Maryland role, you will build relationships with customers, plan events, and collaborate with City Manager to drive community growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience or similar role.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with daily needs in the community center and coordinate services.
• Set up rooms, Wi-Fi, projectors, and other equipment as requested.
• Process invoices and route service requests via the portal.
• Plan and support networking events to engage the community.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming center and respond to inquiries promptly.
