Job summary

IWG plc in East Lansing is seeking a Part Time Community Associate to support customers and maintain a welcoming center. You’ll greet visitors, answer questions, help with Wi-Fi codes, packages, meeting room directions, and set up projectors, while ensuring services are billed correctly.

You’ll arrive before opening, handle daily tasks, coordinate with the City Manager, arrange posters, invites, and networking events, and assist attendees with printing and payments.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people's needs.
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer requests throughout the day and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Assist customers with printing, meeting room directions, WiC codes, and package inquiries.
• Plan, promote, and support networking events and center communications.
