Job summary

IWG is hiring a Community Associate in the St. Louis area to help build and maintain a thriving center community for our customers. You will handle daily front‑of‑house operations, greet guests, assist with IT setup, and coordinate services to ensure smooth business operations.

You will manage inquiries, invoices, and tickets, while supporting events and networking activities within the center. The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• A good communicator with ability to build professional relationships.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries (Wi‑Fi codes, packages, directions, setup).
• Handle invoices and service tickets; ensure accurate charging of services.
• Sort mail and follow up with customers via email.
• Plan and support networking events and center activities.
• Maintain center cleanliness and organization; support closing procedures.
