Job summary

IWG plc in Brownsburg, Indiana, is hiring a Part Time Community Associate for 20 hours per week, 8:30am–12:30pm, Monday–Friday, on-site at 5724 Green Street, 2nd Floor.

You'll work with customers to build and maintain a thriving center community, handle front-desk tasks, assist with packages, Wi-Fi codes, room directions, and invoicing, and support events and notices while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
• Build strong professional relationships and empathize with customers.
• Adapt to fast-changing situations with a positive attitude.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and address inquiries, providing essential services.
• Process requests, handle mail/packages, and assist with invoicing.
• Support center operations and coordinate networking events.
• Assist with center posters, notices, and event invitations.
