Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Part Time Community Associate to support customers in our Delaware center. You will help manage daily in-center tasks, assist with events, and ensure smooth front-desk operations to enable clients to run their businesses efficiently.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, multitasking, and collaboration with the center team. This position is on-site with a 20-hour work week and offers competitive benefits as part of a modern workspace network.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Ability to own problems and find solutions.
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying in and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with daily in-center needs and inquiries.
• Set up spaces and technologies (Wi-Fi codes, projectors, directions).
• Process service requests and ensure correct invoicing and charging for services.
• Plan and support networking events and center activities.
• Maintain center organization and coordinate with City Manager as needed.
