Job summary

IWG plc in Peoria, IL is seeking a Part Time Community Associate to provide in-center support for customers and manage day-to-day center operations. This on-site role involves assisting clients, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth service delivery within the community.

You will handle customer inquiries, support meeting logistics, and help maintain the center environment while collaborating with the City Manager and staff.

Qualifications

• A good communicator, with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people's needs (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
• Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them
• Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the Country you are applying within and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with in-center needs and inquiries.
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize service requests.
• Set up equipment and assist with meetings and events.
• Coordinate with the center team to maintain clean, organized spaces.
• Prepare invoices and process payments as needed.
