IWG is hiring a Part Time Community Associate for a 20-hour workweek at our on-site Virginia center. You will help manage daily customer needs, handle inquiries, and support center operations to ensure a smooth client experience.

In this role you’ll coordinate simple tasks, assist with AV setup, and contribute to planning events and community networking, while delivering friendly, responsive service to all visitors and members.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; empathetic to customer needs.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and day-to-day center tasks.
• Handle requests such as Wi‑Fi changes, package arrivals, directions and room setup.
• Process services and invoices, coordinate events and maintain posters and notices.
