Job summary

IWG in Brownsburg, Indiana seeks a Part Time Community Associate to support customers in-center. This 20-hour weekly role runs 8:30am–12:30pm, Monday–Friday, onsite at 5724 Green Street, 2nd Floor. You’ll handle inquiries, assist with setup, invoices, and center logistics to keep operations smooth.

The role emphasizes multitasking, strong communication, and a positive attitude in a dynamic workspace network. Training and benefits are provided as part of the center team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Ability to own problems and resolve issues.
• Positive, adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-center and support day-to-day operations.
• Help with Wi‑Fi codes, packages, directions, and room setups.
• Coordinate events, post notices, and manage center logistics.
• Close day by tidying center and preparing for next shift.
