IWG plc is seeking a Community Associate in Indianapolis, on-site, to support customers and manage center operations. You will handle inquiries, coordinate printing and invoicing, and help maintain a vibrant community space.

The role involves partnering with the Community Manager on events and center communications, while ensuring excellent service and an organized, welcoming environment for members and guests.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and account setup in the center.
• Handle printing, mailing, and invoicing tasks.
• Open tickets in the service portal to track center issues.
• Support community events and networking activities.
• Keep the workspace tidy and welcoming.
