Job summary

IWG plc is hiring a part-time Community Associate to work 20 hours per week on-site at our Arlington center. You’ll support customers with day-to-day needs, handle simple admin tasks, and help keep the center running smoothly.

Daily duties include assisting guests, coordinating with facilities, handling mail and packages, and assisting in events and networking activities to grow the IWG community.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for someone who knows how to manage multiple tasks while providing customers with the best possible service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and service requests throughout the day.
• Manage center operations and coordinate with cleaners, mail, and IT as needed.
• Organize events and create notices/posters for the center.
