You’ll work a 15-hour week with a schedule likely including Monday, Wednesday and Friday, supporting a dynamic community and ensuring first-class service. The role emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, and efficient task completion in a flexible environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-changing situations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and daily center needs.
• Coordinate event setup, printers, and equipment use.
• Process invoices and ensure accurate billing for services.
• Open and manage service tickets in the portal; support center operations.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on events and outreach.
