Job summary

IWG, the world’s leading workspace provider, is hiring a Part-Time Community Associate for our Phoenix Regus center (22.5 hrs/week). Schedule: 8:30–13:00, Monday to Friday.

You’ll greet customers, handle inquiries, help with Wi‑Fi, packages, directions, and IT setup, and support events to build a vibrant community. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer service, strong communication, enjoy multitasking, and are proficient with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing situations
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and administrative tasks in the center
• Set up equipment, provide directions, and help with events
• Manage service requests and tickets through the portal
• Coordinate with City Manager on networking events
