Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a member service professional to provide exemplary service across channels. You will handle new memberships, accounts, and cash operations while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes balancing cash drawers, operating the drive-thru, and supporting various branch functions. Ongoing training will be provided to expand your skills within credit union services.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and good communication abilities.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and respond to needs or direct to the right person.
• Open new accounts and process changes in accounts.
• Balance cash drawer, vault, ATM, and coin sorter daily.
• Operate drive-thru window as needed.
• Maintain daily/monthly reports: vault, checks, gift cards, coinsorter.
• Assist with account problems and reconciliations.
• Handle phone inquiries and clerical duties as required.
• May train in other branch operations as needed.
