Job summary

Qualifications

• Must complete the Credit Union’s Core Module Program within 12 months of hire date.
• Entry‑level role with foundational knowledge of branch operations.
• Excellent customer service and confidentiality are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members in person, over the phone, and online with service requests.
• Balance a cash drawer in accordance with standards.
• Process transactions and support drive-through as needed.
• Learn security, policies, and compliance procedures.
• Organize, file and scan documents daily.
