Responsibilities

• Establish new memberships and open accounts; process changes.
• Educate members on services and recommend suitable options.
• Record transactions in Margo system and balance cash drawer accurately.
• Balance vault, ATM, and coin sorter; operate drive-thru when needed.
• Maintain daily/monthly reports for vault, checks, and other items.
• Order and verify cash deliveries weekly; assist with account problems.
