Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a member service-focused professional to greet customers, answer questions, and handle account openings and maintenance. You will process transactions, balance cash drawers, and support branch operations, including drive-thru and mail/document handling.

• Must possess a high level of self-control, self-confidence, and good basic mathematical skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, positive attitude and neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and respond to their needs or direct them to the right team.
• Explain accounts and services; perform transactions in the Margo system and balance cash drawer.
• Balance vault, ATM, coin sorter; operate drive-thru; maintain daily/monthly records.
• Assist with account problems and reconciliations; provide cad assistance and clerical support.
