Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with new membership and account openings.
• Educate members on available services and process transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily reports (vault, ATM, coin sorter).
• Assist drive-thru operations and handle calls, files, and clerical tasks as needed.
• Support branch operations and participate in training as directed.
