Job summary

Qualifications

• High level of self-control, confidentiality and professionalism.
• Fluent English with clear communication and listening skills.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to train on internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle establishment of new membership, open accounts and process changes.
• Educate members on SECU services and make recommendations.
• Balance cash drawer and key transactions in Margo with accuracy.
• Balance vault, ATM, TCD and coin sorter; operate drive-thru when needed.
• Keep daily/monthly reports: vault control, returns, Visa cards, tickets, forgeries.
• Assist members with account problems and reconciliations.
• Grant advances on lines of credit after policy review.
• Answer phones, file, scan documents, and perform clerical duties.
