Amentum is seeking a part-time Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to welcome and assist individuals pursuing legal immigration at the USCIS Application Support Center. You will guide applicants through biometrics, verify identities, and help maintain orderly processing while upholding safety and privacy standards.

The role is an hourly, SCA-position with benefits eligibility for part-time staff; training is provided, and a compassionate approach to service is required to support

Qualificações

• Must be able to obtain facility credentials/authorization; US Citizenship required for this location.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand for shift duration and assist applicants.
• Experience with basic computer tasks and data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants pursuing legal immigration.
• Ensure entrants possess valid appointment notice and ID.
• Provide front-line customer service as a representative of Amentum and the U.S. Government.
• Safeguard sensitive PII and maintain visitor control logs as needed.
