Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to welcome and guide applicants pursuing legal immigration in the United States. You will handle biometrics registration, verify appointments, and support staff at the USCIS Application Support Center in a respectful, patient manner.

Part-time, 20 hours/week, 20 hours scheduled and may vary. Must obtain facility credentials, speak English, and complete biometrics training within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Ability to stand for shift duration and to use basic computer skills.
• Successful completion of biometrics training within sixty days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Provide front-line customer service and enforce ASC policies.
• Screen applicants for valid appointment notices and allow entry.
• Utilize crowd control barriers to ensure safe facility entry.
• Maintain administrative paperwork and visitor control logs.
