Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to welcome applicants pursuing legal immigration at the USCIS Application Support Center. You will greet visitors, verify identities, and guide them through the biometric enrollment process, including privacy and safety procedures.

This on-call, hourly position is health and welfare eligible under the SCA, with eligible 401(k) and EAP. Candidates must obtain facility credentials, speak and write English, and be able to stand

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand upright for scheduled shift duration.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants pursuing legal immigration to the United States.
• Provide front-line customer service and act as a representative of Amentum and the U.S. Government.
• Assist with crowd control and enforce ASC rules and policies.
