Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to welcome and assist applicants pursuing legal immigration at the USCIS ASC. You will guide biometrics appointments, ensure proper entry, and maintain security and courteous service as part of a dedicated government-contractor team.

The role offers full-time hours, with a 40-hour work week, several benefits, and a focus on patient, respectful interactions with applicants throughout the process.

Formación

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand upright on one’s feet for scheduled shift duration.
• Ability to hold and grasp applicant’s hands to obtain quality fingerprints.
• Ability to type and use basic computer skills.
• Successful completion of the biometrics training and become certified within sixty days.

Responsabilidades

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Ensure ASC entrants are approved and assist with crowd control and staff in enforcing ASC rules and policies.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and the United States Government.
• Perform quality biometrics processing including fingerprints, photographs, and signatures within processing times.
• Maintain visitor control logs and complete administrative paperwork as needed.
