Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to welcome and assist individuals pursuing legal immigration to the United States at the USCIS Application Support Center. You will guide applicants through biometrics and identity verification processes with a focus on courtesy and efficiency.

This casual on-call role offers a variable schedule (Mon-Fri, 7:45am–4:15pm) with no guaranteed hours, and includes benefits eligibility under the SCA.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization (US Citizenship is required).
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand for scheduled shift duration and use basic computer skills.
• Biometrics training completed within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Ensure entrants are approved applicants/visitors while assisting staff and enforcing ASC rules.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and the U.S. government.
