Job summary

Amentum is hiring a part-time Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to welcome and assist individuals pursuing legal immigration at USCIS Application Support Center offices. You will guide applicants through biometrics steps, verify identities, and support staff with crowd control, while delivering respectful, patient service.

The role requires English proficiency, ability to stand for shifts, and successful biometrics training within 60 days; compensation is $26.03 per hour with

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand upright on one’s feet for scheduled shift duration.
• Ability to type and use basic computer skills.
• Successful completion of the biometrics training and become certified within sixty days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants pursuing legal immigration.
• Ensure participants are approved applicants and provide crowd control.
• Provide front-line customer service representing Amentum and the US Government.
