Access Services seeks part-time Behavior Support Specialist Contractors to support intellectual disability and autism programs across multiple sites. They will assess behavior, develop and update behavior support and crisis intervention plans, and train staff to apply positive practices and least restrictive interventions.

This role focuses on collaboration with families and service teams to ensure high-quality supports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Two (2) years of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Must submit PA Criminal History and Child Abuse Clearances.
• Training in ODP Functional Behavior Assessment and related requirements.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of behavior and design behavior support plans.
• Collaborate with participants, family, and service teams to develop plans.
• Develop crisis intervention and comprehensive behavioral support plans.
• Provide training to direct support staff and caregivers.
• Complete documentation and progress notes within 24 hours of service delivery.
• Deliver direct behavioral support and coaching to ensure clinical integrity.
• Attend ISP and quarterly meetings and maintain hours.
