Access Services is seeking a part-time Behavior Support Specialist Contractor to assist with IDD and autism programs in Montgomery County, PA. The role involves assessments, planning, and training staff to implement positive behavior supports.

Contractors will develop and update behavior and crisis intervention plans, complete notes within 24 hours, and participate in ongoing supervision and case reviews while maintaining hours and data collection standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or psychology required.
• Two years of experience with individuals with IDD and/or autism.
• PA 13-hour ODP Functional Behavior Assessment Training required before contract.
• Independent 1099 contractors must carry professional liability insurance.
• Submit PA Criminal History and Child Abuse Clearances.
• Strong organizational and oral/written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and design behavior support plans.
• Collaborate with participants, families, and service teams to develop plans.
• Develop crisis intervention plans.
• Train direct support staff and caregivers on behavior supports.
• Submit billable progress notes within 24 hours of service delivery.
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to support teams.
• Maintain consistent utilization of authorized hours and data collection.
• Ensure plans adhere to ODP waiver and least restrictive practice.
• Attend ISP and quarterly meetings.
• Deliver behavior support and coaching in home and community settings.
