Access Services, Inc. is seeking part-time Behavior Support Specialist Contractors to support our intellectual disability and autism programs across Montgomery County, PA.

The role includes assessing behavior, developing support and crisis plans, and training staff to ensure positive practices and least restrictive interventions. The contractor will work part-time with flexible hours, primarily during standard business hours, with weekend availability optional based on caseload needs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.
• Two years of experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or autism.
• Submit PA Criminal History and Child Abuse Clearance results.
• Independent 1099 contractors must maintain professional liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1 million per claim and $3 million aggregate.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to design behavioral support plans.
• Collaborate with participants, families, and service team to develop behavior support plans with positive practices and least restrictive interventions.
• Develop crisis intervention plans.
• Complete and submit all billable progress notes within 24 hours of service delivery.
• Train direct support staff and caregivers on behavior supports.
