Access Services, Inc. is seeking a part-time Behavior Support Specialist Contractor to support intellectual disability and autism programs across multiple locations. Responsibilities include assessments, developing behavior support plans, and crisis intervention, with staff training and data-driven practice.

Caseloads are in Bucks County, PA. Schedule is flexible during standard business hours, with weekend options based on caseload needs. Starting rate is $30/hour, with 1099 contractor status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field required.
• Two years of experience working with individuals with ID/DD and/or autism preferred.
• Prior to receiving a contract, complete the 13-hour ODP Functional Behavior Assessment Training (myodp.org/course).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of behavior to design behavioral support plans.
• Collaborate with participants, families, and service teams to develop plans with positive practices and least restrictive interventions.
• Develop individualized behavior support plans aligned with service plans.
• Develop crisis intervention plans.
• Submit billable progress notes within 24 hours of service delivery.
• Train direct support staff and caregivers on plan implementation.
• Attend ongoing supervision and participate in ISP/quarterly meetings.
• Maintain consistent utilization of authorized hours and record data.
