You will prospect, present fleet maintenance solutions, close agreements, and manage fleet client relationships while coordinating with shop teams to ensure seamless service timelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or business development experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license for local visits.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting & lead generation to identify new B2B fleet opportunities.
• Pitch fleet repair and maintenance solutions and close new service agreements.
• Serve as primary contact for fleet clients and maintain relationships.
• Consult with owners and fleet managers to tailor service schedules and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with shop management to ensure smooth handoffs and clear timelines.
• Maintain records of sales activity, lead pipelines, and account updates; monitor local market trends.
• Project a professional, honest, and ethical brand representation.
