Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service seeks a Regional Fleet Sales Manager for the Phoenix/Tucson area to grow commercial sales and deepen customer relationships. You will target new accounts, manage existing fleets, and serve as the primary contact for fleet-related issues, with a base salary of $80K plus commissions and a potential $140K total opportunity.

This role requires 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in auto, with CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years B2B sales experience, preferably auto industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Developing New Commercial Accounts - identifying prospective customers by utilizing market databases, targeted lists, and following on leads from stores in your territory. Completing scheduled and cold call prospecting activities.
• Account Management - regularly contacting Fleet Managers of existing accounts via telephone, email or face-to-face.
• External Customer Support - acting as the first point of contact for issues or concerns of fleet customers.
• Internal Customer Support - acting as the first point of contact for issues or concerns from Store Operations.
• Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Sun Auto Tire & Service from time to time at its sole discretion.
