DuraFleet Phoenix is seeking a driven, full-time Fleet Service Salesperson to expand our Phoenix fleet client base with proactive outreach and consultative selling.

You will develop relationships, qualify needs, and close deals while managing a growing B2B pipeline. The role offers a flexible schedule, commission-based earnings, and opportunities to advance with a dedicated fleet services team in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new fleet services clients through outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to identify client fleet needs and recommend solutions.
• Manage and grow a pipeline of B2B fleet accounts in the Phoenix metro area.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activity in CRM software.
• Collaborate with the fleet services team to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.
