Job summary

DuraFleet Phoenix is seeking a driven, part-time Fleet Services Salesperson to grow our client base in the Phoenix area. This role offers a flexible schedule with real earning potential through commissions and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently on a part-time schedule.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new fleet services clients through outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Consultative sales conversations to identify client fleet needs and solutions.
• Manage and grow a pipeline of B2B fleet accounts in the Phoenix metro area.
• Maintain records of leads, contacts, and sales activity in CRM software.
• Collaborate with fleet services team for smooth onboarding and satisfaction.
• Meet/exceed part-time sales targets and performance benchmarks.
