Job summary
Courtesy Automotive Group in the Phoenix metro area is seeking a Fleet Sales Representative to grow and manage corporate client relationships for our CDJR fleet solutions. You will craft proposals, present tailored programs, and close profitable deals.
The ideal candidate has CDJR experience, a proven B2B sales record, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team. Competitive compensation includes uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Must have CDJR experience in automotive sales.
- Proven track record in B2B fleet sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to present proposals and close deals.
- Experience with CRM and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients nationwide.
- Develop and implement fleet sales strategies.
- Provide product information, proposals, and presentations.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery.
- Maintain records and reports of sales activities.
