Qualifications

• One year of retail store experience.
• Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding shopping experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Support store leadership and cover sales floor when needed.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to HQ.
• Help maintain stock room and store cleanliness.
• Develop a collaborative, passionate team to run the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
