Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and train customers and teammates.
• Cover sales floor and provide leadership support when Manager is away.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales via store programs.
• Understand sales plan, KPIs, and merchandising metrics.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.
