Hot Topic, Inc. in North Attleborough, MA is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1 who loves music and pop culture to support the store leadership team.

You’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience, train new recruits, and assist with daily operations and sales goals. As a key member, you’ll open/close the store, manage the register, and use your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales and curbside pickup.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to train new recruits.
• Ability to manage store operations and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience through product knowledge and customer service.
• Cover the sales floor and offer leadership support when the Manager is away.
• Open and close the store and manage register transactions.
• Drive add-on sales and communicate shortages or overages to the Store Manager.
• Understand sales plans, KPIs, and planogram changes.
• Share fashion and music trend information with management and HQ.
• Help maintain stock room organization and store tidiness.
• Develop a collaborative, passionate store team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.
